This is a facility advanced to employees from selected organizations in Zambia and the civil service for the purposes of emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances. Zayatra will advance this product at the back of a signed agreement or memorandum of understanding (MOU) to deduct from source the employee monthly loan repayments on the agreed pay day. Zayatra will commit to advance funds in accordance with the debt service ratio of an employee as stated in the respective MOU.
